Refund policy

Cuavon wants you to feel confident shopping for dresses, accessories, and bags with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions set out in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The standard return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final-sale or clearance items, as indicated on the product page.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Any items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@cuavon.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For returns from the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, we may offer a prepaid return label where available; if used, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If a return is not approved, we may, at our discretion, return the item to you at your cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
